"Also known as Dang Lebadang (Vietnamese-French, 1922-2015) this notable artist was born in Quang Tri, Vietnam and moved to France in 1939 to study at the Ecole de Beaux Arts in Toulouse. While studying there he was awarded numerous prizes both for painting and sculpture and also won his first commission. An accomplished printmaker, Lebadang favors the techniques of etching, lithograph, and serigraph."
